Article: Test Bag Complete!

Test Bag Complete!

Test Bag Complete!

Here's how my first test bag turned out from the pattern I was working on. I'm really happy with it. I purposely made the strap very long so I could wear it as a cross-body. But, after carrying it around, I think it's too long. I'll shorten it for future bags. I'm going to modify the pattern slightly at the top corners a little bit, too. They're not wrapping exactly how I expected. But otherwise, a solid first effort! And a bag I'll be happy to carry for a long time.

I made this bag out of soft white pebbled cow leather, with a white lambskin lining and solid brass hardware.

What do you think? I'd love to read your comments.
